WHAT HAPPENS TODAY
A counter with a lot to handle.
A complaint nobody records can end up as a public review. Forbes Argentina covered how to handle negative reviews and build loyalty. Our research read its summary, without using impact figures or promising guaranteed results.
WHAT YOU CAN CHANGE
The first step, on screen.
Add a short survey at the exit and an open question. Choose smiley faces or a numeric scale in the editor. Feedback shows daily NPS, a trend and comments; low scores raise an alert. High ratings can show a QR code to your business’s review link.

What you want to know.
Does it ask for personal data?
Contact details are optional and always require consent. A response can be sent without a name, email or phone number.
What happens with a low score?
A rating from 0 to 6, or 0 to 2 with smiley faces, raises an alert in the console. If email sending is configured, the owner is also notified by email.
Are reviews published automatically?
No. The QR opens the Google link so the person decides whether to write a review. It only appears after a high rating is submitted.
