TOTEMITO / PHARMACIES
Queue ticket kiosk for pharmacies
Organize the wait at your pharmacy with numbers per service area and a printed ticket. Try prescriptions and perfumery on a kiosk with a compatible thermal printer.

Try the screen: it is interactive.
WHAT HAPPENS TODAY
A counter with a lot to handle.
“Who is last?” gets repeated between prescriptions and perfumery questions. A single line mixes different needs, and the counter team ends up managing the wait by hand.
WHAT YOU CAN CHANGE
The first step, on screen.
Each person picks a service area and gets a printed number. The template separates Prescriptions and Perfumery with different prefixes and says which documents to prepare. Agree on the calling procedure with your staff: this demo issues numbers, it does not integrate a pharmacy management system.
WHAT THE TEMPLATE INCLUDES
Tools for your day to day.
- 01Configurable areas, with a prefix per type of service.
- 02Queue numbering and a legible, cut ticket.
- 03Hints on which ID and insurance card to prepare.
- 04Non-fiscal printing through the epson-80 profile.
N100 mini PC, a touch screen and an 80 mm epson-80 thermal printer. Put the kiosk near the entrance without blocking the walkway, and check that the ticket is easy to take.
- Touch screen · USB touch · ID 0eef:0001
- Thermal printer · epson-80 · ID 04b8:0e15
The IDs refer to the curated list, not to any device from the same brand. Check power, cables and mounting before using it with the public.

What you want to know.
Can I have a queue for each area?
Yes. The demo uses Prescriptions and Perfumery, each with its own prefix. You can configure the names and the starting number.
Does it look up prescriptions or patient data?
No. The kiosk hands out a number; it does not look up prescriptions, insurers or medical records.
Does it call the next number automatically?
The Pharmacy template issues tickets. For calls on a TV, use Pharmacy with caller and link the ticket kiosk to the queue’s group.
Is the ticket fiscal?
No. The ticket says “not a tax invoice” and only identifies a place in line.
