WHAT HAPPENS TODAY
A counter with a lot to handle.
At breakfast time, taking orders and explaining the menu compete with making coffee. A line of people still deciding slows down those who already know what they want.
WHAT YOU CAN CHANGE
The first step, on screen.
The customer browses the menu, adds items to the cart and confirms a printed order to take to the register. The Café Sur demo shows categories, prices in pesos and quantities. Payment and invoicing are handled with your usual system.

N100 mini PC, a touch screen and an 80 mm thermal printer with the epson-80 profile for the template. Confirm the USB ID and leave room to change the paper roll. You do not need a QR reader for this flow.

The IDs refer to the curated list, not to any device from the same brand. Check power, cables and mounting before using it with the public.

What you want to know.
Does the customer pay at the kiosk?
No. The template builds and prints the order; it does not integrate payments. The customer hands the ticket over and pays at the register.
Is the ticket valid as an invoice?
No. It carries the line “not a tax invoice”. Issue the invoice with your usual fiscal system.
Does it connect to the kitchen or to stock?
The demo does not integrate kitchen tickets or stock syncing. Set up the available menu and decide how your team receives the printed order before using it with customers.
