WHAT HAPPENS TODAY
A counter with a lot to handle.
In many venues the TV shows the same thing for months: changing a photo or a price means walking over with a USB stick or buying a media player. Every price rise or new promo waits until there is time, and the screen ends up showing old prices.
WHAT YOU CAN CHANGE
The first step, on screen.
Any TV with a browser opens totemito at its /tv address and shows a code. You pair it from your phone and the screen picks up the menu or promo you publish. Schedule promos by day and time slot in the venue time zone, run several TVs as a mirror, a wave or one wall, and if the internet drops it keeps showing the last thing it received.
WHAT THE TEMPLATE INCLUDES
Tools for your day to day.
- 01Pair with a code or QR from your phone, nothing to install.
- 02Promos by weekday, time slot and priority.
- 03Fits any screen size and rotates for TVs mounted sideways.
- 04Keeps showing the last published content offline.
A smart TV or monitor with an up-to-date browser, or a stick with a browser. Browser mode shows content: for touch, a thermal printer or a QR reader use an N100 mini PC with Ubuntu and the totemito agent.

What you want to know.
Do I need to buy any device?
Not to show a menu and promos: the TV browser is enough. If the TV has no browser or is very old, a stick with a browser does it. Printing queue tickets or using touch needs a mini PC with the agent.
What if the TV is switched off or the internet drops?
When it comes back the screen reconnects on its own with its saved pairing. Offline it keeps showing the last thing it received, and changes arrive when the connection returns.
Can I show a promo only in the afternoon?
Yes. Each time slot has days and hours, and priority decides what shows when they overlap. If you set the venue time zone in the app, it uses that time rather than whatever the TV is set to.
